Our strategy targets Class B and C multifamily assets strategically located near areas experiencing significant institutional capital inflows—such as new developments, tech hubs, and revitalized urban zones. These areas, driven by major investments, will experience increased demand for workforce and affordable housing.
New supply skews heavily to Class A; Class B/C delivery has been limited, creating unmet demand. As much of new construction has been Class A / luxury, there's a lag in units in the moderate rent band. Investors that can deliver that can capture unmet demand.
