Meet Our Team
Billy believes that creating exceptional outcomes for American families is critical to strengthening the fabric of our society. Billy is the founder of Horatius Group, a middle market investment bank that supports founder-led and family-owned businesses as well as Horatius Impact, a 501(c)(3) focused on equipping and training African game scouts who defend endangered species, such a rhino, from poachers. Billy served in the Marine Corps.
Anna is passionate about creating platforms that allow people to fulfill their potential. Born in the Soviet Union, Anna immigrated to the United States at 18 in pursuit of the American Dream. Prior to Thrive Capital, Anna founded Haute Rouge, a direct-to-consumer fashion label whose proprietary designs delivered affordable luxury to professional women. Haute Rouge was acquired by a conglomerate.
